Rebecca, a 1977 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, received her CPA certification in 1979.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).  As an active member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants (KSCPA), Rebecca was on its Board of Directors from 1996 - 1999 as well as on the KSCPA peer review committee for two three-year terms.  She was also appointed to the State Board of Accountancy for a four-year term.  Rebecca serves as an advisor to the local economic development boards as well as the Southeast Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and she was the chairperson of the Corbin Industrial Commission from 1997 - 2007.  Rebecca has extensive experience in providing audit, tax and consulting services to various industries, including governmental and not-for-profit entities.
