Archie, a 1976 graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants (KSCPA).  After graduation he received his CPA certification in both Indiana and Kentucky and has worked in public accounting his entire career.  Archie has served as an instructor, discussion leader and lecturer for the AICPA, the University of Kentucky Management Center, the Indiana Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Real Estate Education and Research Center.  He has extensive experience in acquisition and valuation strategies, business and financial planning, and management advisory services.  Archie also specializes in income tax matters and representation before taxing authorities.
